Nidek ME 1200 edger, Nidek ICE 900, LT 910 Tracer

The Nidek ME-1200 is a multifunction lens edger that provides automatic 3D drilling, 3D grooving, safety beveling, and step-bevel processing for high-base-curve frames. The system includes the ICE-900 blocker, which utilizes an integrated shape imager and a motorized alignment mechanism to perform lens centration and blocking. The accompanying LT-910 satellite tracer performs 3D binocular frame and pattern measurements using a low-pressure active-control stylus to prevent frame distortion. This digital edging combination is engineered for optical workshop workflows to process CR-39, polycarbonate, high-index plastic, and Trivex lenses.
