What is included in the price of the goods?
First of all we want to report the following:
Attention! All the prices for the equipment listed on the website are export prices without taxes and the transportation costs (delivery)
This means that when purchasing the equipment, you must pay VAT and other taxes that comply with the tax laws of your country. Also, if you wish to request our export and delivery service, please note that these services have an additional fee.
If you reside in the European Union, customs fees do not apply, but you must register in VIES (Vat Information Exchange System). Then send us your VAT number so as not to pay German VAT. Otherwise, you will have to pay 19% of German VAT additionally.
If you place an order from outside the EU, you do not have to pay German VAT, but customs costs do.
But you can be sure that after paying the bill, the price will not change under any pretext. We have excluded situations in which the total amount is increased by the unexpected change of the currency price. You pay as indicated in the contract.
We do not change prices due to currency fluctuations
We have been selling optical equipment for more than 17 years, not only in Europe but also around the world. All customers are satisfied with our service. Such companies as Tomey, Weco, Optic Dias, Bon Optic have long been fruitfully cooperating with us.
The delivery price of the machines is calculated after receiving the order, after processing your request we send you an invoice (proforma invoice), the amounts will be in euros. So we can write a contract with you about the supply of the equipment. These official documents will be in your possession before payment. The payment method is your choice (see below). Once payment is received, the merchandise will be sent in 1 or 2 days.
How can I pay my bill?

After payment, you will receive an invoice by email.
