The integrated Electronic Estimate System calculates lens volume to optimize grinding torque and minimize processing time across CR-39, polycarbonate, high-index plastic, and Trivex materials. The accompanying ICE-1000 is an intelligent automatic blocker equipped with an integrated shape imager and an optical camera system for precise lens centration and automatic progressive lens detection. This combined digital workshop system is engineered to execute complex lens layouts, advanced shape editing, and automated blocking without axis shifts.
